This software is NOT freeware.
AGREEMENT

You should carefully read the following terms and conditions before using this software.
Unless you have a different license agreement signed by Charleston Software Associates,
your use of this software indicates your acceptance of this license agreement and warranty.
One unregistered (i.e., shareware) copy of Aucticus may be used by a single person who
uses the software personally on one PC for a period not to exceed 30 days for the sole
purpose of evaluation the software. At the end of the trial period, the software license
must be purchased from Charleston Software Associates or the software must be removed
from the PC on which it was installed.
Please feel free to distribute the shareware version (i.e., the unlicensed version).
However, we ask that you distribute the entire shareware version, with no modification,
and without any charge or fee. You must NOT include any license files (license.bin) or
your personal license information with redistributed copies of this program.
GOVERNING LAW

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, USA.
DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY

THIS SOFTWARE AND THE ACCOMPANYING FILES ARE SOLD "AS IS" AND WITHOUT WARRANTIES AS TO
PERFORMANCE OF MERCHANTABILITY OR ANY OTHER WARRANTIES WHETHER EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED.
Because of the various hardware and software environments into which this software may
be installed, NO WARRANTY OF FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE IS OFFERED.
Good data processing procedure dictates that any program be thoroughly tested with
non-critical data before relying on it. The user must assume the entire risk of using
the program. ANY LIABILITY OF THE SELLER WILL BE LIMITED EXCLUSIVELY TO PRODUCT
REPLACEMENT OR REFUND OF PURCHASE PRICE.
